831 03 Bratislava, ID No.: 55 209 491, registered in the Register of Interest Associations of Legal Entities kept by the District Office in Bratislava (hereinafter also referred to as “the Association”) wishes to inform you about the processing of your personal data by our Association, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation):

A. THE CONTROLLER OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The data controller is the civil association Sector Councils Alliance, with its registered office at Jarošova 2961/1
831 03 Bratislava, ID No.: 55 209 491, registered in the Register of Interest Associations of Legal Entities maintained by the District Office in Bratislava.

B. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Association as a controller processes your personal data for the following purposes:

a) Representatives and employees of the Association members: for the purpose of registration and performance of the rights and obligations of the Association member according to the Association Statutes (registration of applications, registration of membership fees, performance of contractual obligations, etc.);

b) Contractual partners: for the purpose of administering the contractual relationship and fulfilling the obligations associated with the contractual relationship (registration of contracts, control of contracts, fulfillment of contractual obligations, etc.);

c) Accounting and tax: to fulfil the Association’s accounting, customs and tax obligations;

d) Marketing and mail communication: for the purpose of promoting the Association and its services;

e) Registry: for the performance of the Association’s duties in the field of registry management and archiving.

C. SCOPE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

The Association, as controller, processes the following categories of your personal data:

a. For the purpose of Representatives and employees of members of the Association:

1. identification data of the applicant and member,
2. contact details of the prospective member and member,
3.  payment data of the applicant and member
4. Personal data of the representatives and employees of the member,
5. such other data of the prospective member and the member as are necessary to achieve the predetermined purpose;

b. for the purpose of Contractors:

1. identification data of the contractual partner,
2. contact details of the contractual partner,
3. payment details of the contractual partner,
4. other data of the contractual partner that are necessary to achieve the predetermined purpose;

c. For the purpose of the Accounting and Tax Agenda:

1. member and counterparty identification data,
2. contact details of the member and the contractor,
3. payment details of the Member and the Contractor,
4. personal data of the Member’s representatives and employees,
5. such other data of the Member and the Contractor as are necessary to achieve the predetermined purpose;

d. for the purpose of Marketing and mail communication:

1. identification data of the prospect, the member, the contractor and other persons if they have given their consent,
2. contact details of the prospect, member, contractor and other persons, if they have given their consent,
3. other data of the applicant, member, contractual partner and other persons, if they have given their consent, which are necessary to achieve the predetermined purpose;

e. For the purpose of the Registry:

1. identifying data of the prospective applicant, member and contractor,
2. contact details of the applicant, member and contractor,
3. the data of the prospective applicant, member and contractor which are necessary to achieve the predetermined purpose.

D. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Association, as the data controller, processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

1. For the purpose of Representatives and employees of members of the Association: application and pre-registration membership arrangements;
2. for the purpose of Contractual Partners: contractual relationship and arrangements prior to entering into a contractual relationship;
3. for the purpose of the Accounting and Tax Agenda: compliance with the legal obligation;
4. for the purpose of Marketing and mail communication: consent to the processing of personal data/legitimate interest;
5. for the purpose of the Registry: fulfilment of a legal obligation.

E. COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Association, as data controller, obtains your personal data for the following purposes:

1. For the purpose Representatives and employees of members of the Association: from you as a representative or employee of our member or prospective member,
2. for the purpose of Contractual Partners: from you as our contractual partner;
3. for the purpose of Accounting and Tax: from you as our member or contractual partner;
4. for the purpose of Marketing and Mail Communications: from you, if you have given your consent;
5. for the purpose of Registry: from you as a prospective member, our member or contractual partner.

F. INFORMATION AS TO WHETHER THERE IS A LEGAL OR CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENT TO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Association as controller requires your personal data as a legal or contractual requirement for the following purposes:

1. For the purpose of Representatives and employees of members of the Association: a contractual and legal requirement;
2. for the purpose of Contractors: a contractual and legal requirement;
3. for the purpose of the Accounting and Tax Agenda: a legal requirement;
4. for the purpose of the Registry: a legal requirement.

G. INFORMATION AS TO WHETHER THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS BASED ON A LEGITIMATE INTEREST

The Association as a controller processes your personal data on the legal basis of legitimate interest in the case of email communication via the contact form.

H. PERIOD OF PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Association as the controller processes your personal data:

1. For the purpose Representatives and employees of the Association’s members for the duration of: the contractual relationship and 10 years after its termination;
2. for the purpose of Contractual Partners for the duration of: the contractual relationship and 10 years after its termination;
3. for the purpose of Accounting and Tax for a period of: 10 years following the year to which they relate;
4. for the purpose of Marketing and Mail Communication for the period: until the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data;
5. for the purpose of the Registry for the period of: the period imposed by the statutory regulations on the management of the Registry.

I. INFORMATION ON YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT

The Association, as the data controller, wishes to inform you as a data subject that you may exercise the following rights in relation to the Association: the right to information when obtaining personal data, the right of access to data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure (right to be forgotten), the right to restriction of the processing of personal data, the right to object, the right to portability, the right to lodge a complaint.

J. INFORMATION ON THE POSSIBILITY TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

If you, as a data subject, have given your consent to the processing of personal data to the Data Controller, you have the possibility to withdraw this consent at any time by sending an email message to the following email address: kancelaria@www.alianciasr.org

K. INFORMATION ON THE DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO OTHER PERSONS

The Association, as the Controller, does not provide your personal data to other recipients.

L. INFORMATION ON TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

There is no transfer of your personal data.

M. INFORMATION ON PROFILING/AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

The Association as a controller does not use profiling and automated decision-making when processing your personal data.
